OverviewCare Practitioner (Nights) – Priesty Fields Care Home£14.27 per hour • 33 hours per week • Shifts: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM (3 shifts per week on a rolling rota)Priesty Fields Care Home, located in the historic market town of Congleton, is a facility blending modern design and technology with premium care and comfort. We provide bespoke residential and nursing care in a safe, welcoming environment, tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual.Our mission is to deliver compassionate, person-centred care while empowering residents to maintain their independence. We offer residential, nursing, respite, and specialized care services to the broader community, addressing even the most intricate care needs.ResponsibilitiesSupporting residents with nighttime routines, including personal care, hygiene, and settling into bed.Conducting regular safety and wellbeing checks throughout the night.Assisting with repositioning and mobility needs to ensure comfort and prevent health issues.Monitoring health conditions and promptly reporting any changes or concerns.Preparing the home for the next day, ensuring it remains clean, organized, and welcoming.Providing emotional support and reassurance to residents who may need it during the night.Accurately documenting care activities and observations.Collaborating with the day team to ensure seamless handovers and continuity of care.BenefitsFree uniform.
