Hotel Receptionist

**Are you an enthusiastic, personable individual with a knack for customer service? Pittodrie House Hotel is looking for a dedicated Hotel Receptionist to join our front-of-house team. This is a dynamic role for someone who thrives in a flexible work environment, where they’ll be the first face to welcome our guests and help create memorable experiences.**

**Key Responsibilities**:
Guest Services: Serve as the welcoming presence for all hotel guests, offering a warm, friendly greeting upon arrival, handling check-ins and check-outs efficiently.

Customer Assistance: Respond to guest inquiries, answer phone calls, and provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions.

Booking & Reservations: Manage room reservations and ensure that guest requests are accommodated as much as possible.

Daily Operations: Work independently to oversee the front desk operations, maintaining a calm and organized atmosphere.

Administrative Tasks: Handle guest payments, maintain accurate records, and assist with any other front-of-house administrative duties as needed.

**Requirements**:
Flexibility: Ability to work variable hours, including day and evening shifts, across a 5-day workweek. Shifts may vary according to business demands.

Independence: Comfortable working independently during shifts and managing responsibilities without constant supervision.

Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor when interacting with guests.

Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a busy environment.

Previous Experience: Experience in a hospitality or customer-facing role is preferred but not required.
