We are looking for a Software Support Apprentice to be part of our Tech team, who make sure that all of our systems are running smoothly.

We are looking for someone at the start of their tech career. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn and develop. As well as learning on the job we are offering a Digital Support Technician Apprentice Level 3 qualification.

**Key Responsibilities**

You will be the person solving the IT issues for our staff and membership. Responding issues raised through system and either resolving or reporting to our software suppliers

Be part of the team that helps test fixes and updates to our software, giving feedback to our suppliers so we can improve our systems

Create and maintain system user guides, process maps and provide system training to staff.

Help to feedback on the types of issues raised by staff to support better training and understanding of systems

Regular monitoring of our IT helpdesk queries, making sure our staff get support in a timely manner and are kept updated on the progress of solutions.

Be the person that makes sure that new staff have the correct IT equipment on time and know how to use it

Continuously learn new features in our systems and software
