**Monday - Friday 08.30 - 17.30**

Are you an experienced administrator with a talent for organisation? Join our dynamic team as an **Office Administrator** and become a key player in supporting our driver network
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage the ordering, renewal, and cancellation of fuel cards.
- Allocate electronic devices and coordinate training sessions.
- Oversee stock levels for training equipment and replacements for a team of 2,000 drivers.
- Handle trade plate allocations and returns.
- Track the return of equipment from departing drivers.
- Process final pay and manage uniform orders for drivers.
- Issue replacement ID cards and update driver address details.
- Manage ad-hoc purchase orders and maintain accurate records.
**What We're Looking For**:
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently under pressure.
- A problem-solver with great attention to detail.
- A flexible team player, ready to learn and travel across the UK when needed.
