Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit a dedicated **Loans** **Administrator **to join our team in **Macclesfield**. Joining on a full time, permanent basis you will receive a competitive salary with an OTE of **£26,000. **The role is ideal for someone who has strong administration skills.

Weekly rota plus weekends with days off in the week.

We are SuperBike Factory, Europe’s largest used motorbike retailer and we are looking for ambitious talent to join our team in Macclesfield, Cheshire. Our existing 100,000 sq. ft Cheshire master site,with more than 2,000 bikes, a visible workshop area and comprehensive accessories shop, SuperBike Factory are Europe’s largest motorbike retailer. With the addition of our impressive new second site in Donington, it firmly establishes us as the ‘go to’ location when looking to buy, sell, part-exchange, or finance a motorbike. Or simply a great day out for Bike fans and their family.

**Responsibilities as our Loans Administrator will include**:

- Proposing customers to a panel of finance lenders who are looking to obtain Motorbike Finance.
- Issuing Finance Documentation and liaising with customers to get these documents back in promptly.
- Develop strong working relationships with lenders and other departments within the business.

**What we’re looking for in our Loans Administrator**:

- Well organised and possess the ability to multi-task various jobs
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and a hands on approach to delivering excellent customer service
- Highly motivated and able to manage own workload and that of the team; working hard to hit targets.
- Strong customer focus and attention to detail
- No Motorbike Knowledge or Previous Finance Knowledge required

**In return, our Loans Administrator will receive the following benefits**:

- A basic salary of £23,000 with an OTE of **£26,000**:
