Service Assurance Proactive Improvement Specialist

The role

We are looking to hire a Service Assurance Improvement Specialist to support our team deliver on improving our products and services to our customers. You’ll be working with data sets to analyse our customer issue areas and present solutions to the wider team. This role is the first of its kind at TalkTalk, this would create autonomy for you to decide on what would work best.

**Responsibilities**:

- Stakeholder Management
- Data Analysis
- Presentations
- Focussed on the customer journey, supporting improvements to our journeys that drive increased customer satisfaction.
- Ongoing analysis of customer data to highlight areas of opportunity to develop a proactive approach
- Be an excellent team player working closely with the rest of the team and ordering functions to deliver our goals.
- Relentless passion for customer service, always putting the customer first.
- Analysis on process adherence
- Feed into Quality Improvement Plans, that ultimately improves the customer experience and reduces the cost of failure.

To be successful in the role

Essential:

- SQL experience
- Strong Excel experience
- Stakeholder Management
- Strong Communication Skills

Desirable (only if REALLY needed):

- Telco experience
- Insight and Analytics
