As part of its strategic growth plan, a Residential Conveyancer is being sought by a dynamic and expanding conveyancing practice based in Southend-on-Sea.
You will have the exciting opportunity to work in a friendly and client-focused environment, working on electronic conveyancing files from instruction to completion and offering first-rate customer service to their clients.
You will ideally have around 2 years’ experience of dealing with the sale, purchase and remortgage of freehold and leasehold property and a strong understanding of the conveyancing process.
