Head of Residential Conveyancing

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head of Legal to lead and grow the Residential offerings for a legal practice with the head office in Hertfordshire. This role is based in Southend-on-Sea and offers the chance to play a key role in the dynamicand profitable growth of the current Residential Conveyancing team.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Growth of the Residential Conveyancing team
- Management and supervision of the team
- Management of an interesting and complex caseload of property matters
- Undertaking regulatory and compliance matters
- Client relationship management

**Skills**:

- 6 years of PQE (Cilex, Licenced Conveyancer or Solicitor)
- Ability to act as an ambassador for the Residential Conveyancing team
- Managing staff and conducting performance reviews
- An interest in using technology to improve the client experience
