A great opportunity has arisen for a Clinical /Counselling Psychologist within North Bristol Trust, to join our team of Clinical Health Psychologists working in the Medicine division.We support the psychological needs of patients within Medicine
- this includes people living with diabetes, heart failure, severe asthma, interstitial lung disease, Crohn's, HIV, and more. This substantively funded post is for six sessions.
The post holder will be a member of the Clinical Psychology specialty in Medicine and also part of the wider professional grouping of clinical/counselling psychologists at Southmead Hospital in Bristol. The post is one of 4 psychologists in the Medicine Division, working as a defined specialty team, and also alongside diverse Specialty colleagues from the wider Medicine Division. The profession of psychology is firmly established within North Bristol NHS Trust and has strong regional links with the training programmes for counselling psychology at UWE and clinical psychology at Bath.
