Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Assessment and Practice:• Conduct comprehensive remote ADHD/ASC assessments for adults, including complex and differential diagnosis cases• Use validated diagnostic tools• Complete clinical interviews with patients and collateral informants• Assess for presentations, differential diagnoses, and comorbidities including complex mental health presentations• Provide detailed psychological formulations and diagnostic reports with evidence-based recommendations• Deliver specialist psychological input to multidisciplinary care planning• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in our EPR systemClinical Supervision and Leadership:• Provide regular clinical supervision to Trainees, Clinical Associates in Psychology and Assistant Psychologists• Support supervisees' professional development, reflective practice, and competency development• Monitor clinical quality and adherence to NICE guidelines across supervised cases• Offer guidance on complex differential diagnoses, and psychological presentations• Understanding of supervisory models and reflective practice frameworksSkills and Competencies:• Excellent clinical assessment, formulation, and diagnostic reasoning skills• Strong supervisory and mentoring abilities with capacity to support professional development• Advanced written communication skills for complex report writing• Ability to
