**Your Opportunity**:
Our Gallagher Reinsurance Achievement Programme (REACH) provides a 2-year, tailored development plan, with the aim of accelerating your career in the Reinsurance industry. This programme is unique in the reinsurance industry where you will be mentored, work closely with senior stakeholders in the business and work towards achieving a professional qualification

**Your role**:

- As a trainee Broker you will be immersed in all aspects of client work, business development and internal service delivery for a varied and international client base from early in your career, including:

- Assisting in the marketing, negotiation, placing and servicing of client accounts, working with people at all levels within the client’s organisation
- Assisting with the creation and interpreting numerical and financial analysis
- Helping to structure, place and service transactions, including drafting contracts
- Assisting with the preparation of pitch documents and presentation materials

**Skills, Experience and Qualifications**:

- 3 A-Levels or equivalent qualifications
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to deal professionally with internal and external contacts
- Ability to analyse situations and provide recommendations
- Self-motivated and ambitious
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work to deadlines
- Keen eye for detail
- Proficient MS Word and an understanding of MS Excel would be advantageous
- Good presentation skills
- Eligible to work in the UK.
