Launched in 2019, The Other House is a joint venture partnership between London Central Portfolio (LCP), leading real estate investment advisory in Prime Central London and APG, the largest pension provider in the Netherlands.

**Role: Porter**

**Hours**:Flexible schedule, **Part Time role, c. 20 hours per week.**

The Other House are looking for a dynamic and energetic Porter, who has a passion for delivering impeccable experiences across all areas of the House, serving a mix of residents, members and guests. This individual needs to have a creative mindset, great guest service skills and a passion for creating memorable moments through flawless attention to details and personalised resident/member service. We are looking for an individual who effectively will deliver entrepreneurial Front of House operations with a strong focus on sustainability and cutting-edge technology. **About you** - We are looking for someone who has:

- Guest experience in a porter or front of house role
- Can multi task, managing multiple guest requests and transporting several items simultaneously
- Creative spark that will leave a lasting impression
- Flair for intuitive service
- Excellent command of English - both verbal and written
- A second language (preferred but not essential)
- Positive, engaging personality
- Good interpersonal skills
- Strong task and time management abilities
- The right to work in UK
