We are looking for energetic and vibrant Early Years Apprentices to join our ever growing Brackley setting at Crazy 4 Kids Radstone.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone to bring their energy, creativity and sparkle, to create a warm, nurturing environment for children to grow, learn and develop, whilst working towards an Early Years Qualification.

- **What Do We Need From You -**_
- **A passion for children and making a difference** - No formal qualification or experience is required for this role, however a desire to work within the Early Years environment, and a willingness to engage in creative, messy and imaginary play is a must
- **12 hours paediatric first aid** - All staff hold a current certificate, however this training is offered as part of the initial core package.
- **Relevant safeguarding/child protection training** - This is also offered as part of the core training package, if required, but a willingness to update training regularly is a must.

**Job Description and Details**
- **Hours of Work**_
Up to 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday all year round.
Up to £15,704 per year.
- **Purpose of the Post**_
To assist the Setting Manager/ Supervisor to provide high quality education and care for all children, ensuring the children’s needs are being met at all times.
Assist in meeting and maintaining our regulatory and compliant responsibilities working within the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework.
- **Roles and Responsibilities**_
- To assist in the provision of a safe, caring, stimulating educational environment, both indoors and outdoors, at all times.
- Assist the Supervisor to deliver an appropriate play based Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum that enables children to make individual progress.
- To work alongside Staff with parents and other professionals for the benefit of children and families.
- To help ensure the nursery meets Ofsted requirements at all times.
- To work within and implement nursery policies and procedures, including how to respond to incidents, accidents, complaints and emergencies and record accordingly
- Have some working knowledge of Child Protection Policies and Procedures and what to do if there were concerns about a child, i.e. responding to disclosures, recording and reporting procedures.
- To contribute towards the planning of activities which ensure each child is working towards the early learning outcomes.
- To work alongside and support the key persons.
- To assist with maintaining records, e.g. daily attendance register, accident and incident book
