Your role at Moore Barlow

We’re really going places and have ambitious plans, but we can’t do it without great people As a result, we are looking for an organised and proactive Marketing Coordinator to join our Go-To-Market (GTM) Marketing team and provide first class administrative support and coordination.

Our Marketing team is made up of fourteen skilled individuals who are responsible for all firmwide, team marketing activity and internal communications. The Go-To-Market team focus upon promoting services to our target audience groups and helping the individual Legal Practice teams deliver against their marketing and business development requirements.

Reporting to the Go-To-Market Marketing Lead, you will play a key role in assisting the GTM team to deliver against defined objectives including strategic campaigns, divisional marketing and business development activity. Key responsibilities will include:
Project managing campaign activity.

Assisting the Events Marketing Manager to help organise and deliver events.

Logging and reviewing budget spend and arranging payment of invoices.

Organising media bookings for campaigns and divisional activity.

Managing workflow for literature and advertising requests.

Coordinating reporting to measure effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

Allocating marketing leads to appropriate departments and updating the marketing CRM system.

Assisting the wider Marketing team with administrative tasks.

The role will be based in our Southampton office. You will need to attend the office regularly for meetings etc. but we do offer a hybrid working model, so you can work at the office / home to suit your personal preferences.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong copywriting and proof-reading ability and high attention to detail.

IT savvy and able to investigate and undertake use of new tools to improve workflow and efficiency.

Common sense and intuition with a practical, proactive approach to problem solving.

Strong interpersonal skills, confidence and the ability to manage stakeholders.

Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and work to deadlines with mínimal supervision.

Excellent time management and a highly organised approach to your workload.

Ability to analyse data (analysis of market trends and the positioning of competitors).

Strong project management skills.

Knowledge of CRM systems an advantage.

Previous administrative experience in a Marketing department will be highly regarded but is not essential if you meet the above criteria in a similar role and corporate setting.
