Kordel Ltd are a Groundwork and Civil Engineering company based in Taffs Well Cardiff, as a growing organisation we are currently seeking an enthusiastic hardworking, motivated Part Time Administrator/Payroll Assistant (16 to 32 hours per week), to join our expanding team at our offices in Taffs Well.

Kordel Ltd currently have 60 employees, the role is to assist with processing Employees and Sub-Contractor timesheets, for the weekly payroll. Administration for the Project Office.

- £20,000 pro rata

Part time Administrator/Payroll Assistant

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the processing of the company's weekly payroll.
- Submit weekly payroll to the accountant to process.
- Keeping accurate records of timesheets, hours worked, overtime and rates paid
- Using a range of excel spreadsheets to record timesheets so a working knowledge of excel is essential.
- Be responsible for maintenance and updating of all payroll files, both manual and computerised.
- Deal with and answer payroll queries
- Chase Employees Sub Contractors for payroll data where necessary
- Ensuring the data quality and accuracy levels are met
- A sound mathematical understanding
- Provide administrative assistance to the Project/Contract Office i.e. photocopying, filing
- To carry out any other tasks and duties as requested by the Directors

**Payroll/Invoice Administrator Experience and Skills Required**
- Minimum 2 years payroll experience
- Ability to prioritise own workload and meet deadlines
- Good attention to detail
- Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office suite (Especially Excel)
- Excellent communication skills
- A good team player
- Enthusiasm and an appetite to progress your career

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 16-32 per week

Pay: £10,000.00-£20,000.00 per year
