**HYBRID ROLE. WFH/IN PERSON WORKING BRIDGEND, WALES**
**OVERVIEW**
Do you enjoy working as part of a team? Are you organised with a good eye for detail?
We are recruiting for a Business Admin Assistant to join our established, award-winning team, working from home with travel to Bridgend, Wales, weekly, for in person working a few times per week. The year will begin as a 1 year fixed role, with the potential to become permanent upon review.
To be successful in this role you will be extremely organised, meticulous about details and confident to use your initiative. You will have the drive to support the growth of a global business and have excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as a professional and friendly manner. You will be required to work across two companies, Natasha Bray and School of Healing Mastery, to assist with administration tasks to ensure the smooth running of the online organisations.
**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- ADMINISTRATION_
- Organising team diaries and event planning -Liaising with customers regarding products and services they are interested in, or have purchased -Managing databases and client data -Contributing to projects and business growth tasks -Working with organisational systems and technology -Supporting other departments with general administrative tasks
**SALES**
- Supporting launches of products and services
- Nurturing leads and sales opportunities
- Client retention and growth
**TECH**
- Downloading, editing and uploading training videos
- Providing customer and client support via our social media platforms
- Collating client testimonials and updating client systems
- Scheduling calls, calenders and posts
- Please note: this list of responsibilities is not exhaustive and your role may vary depending on organisational requirements. We will provide full training for our business systems but being comfortable working online and with a range of tech systems is essential._
