**GENERAL PURPOSE OF ROLE** Oversee and manage a team of roof gutter cleaners that will carry out reactive/proactive roof gutter cleaning throughout our commercial customer estate. Ensure team compliance with contract service level agreements (SLAs) and ensure the highest standard of works at all times. Assessment of works required to allow for accurate estimating and support contracts manager in compiling of BOM (bill of materials) Follow a schedule of planned works to ensure works are complete on time. Through quality workmanship, strengthen our customer relationship and promote company profile. Ensure team is compliant with all Health & Safety processes and procedures at all times. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** **EXPECTED OUTCOMES** Supervise daily activities of a team dedicated to carrying out repair and cleaning works throughout our commercial customer base, spanning various trade activites, whilst working safely, neatly and accurately. Deliver pre-planned and reactive maintenance activities including but not limited too: - Gutter Cleaning and roof repairs - Roof safety line testing and inspection - Sky-light works Compliance against SLA’s. specifically: - Achievement of tasks (Works Orders) against plan in agreed timescale - Customer satisfaction - Quality of work undertaken - Customer sign-off/Rejection measured by (Snagging issues/Return visits) - Zero accidents - Safe working environment - Adherence to customer site policies measured by customer complaints. Understand the quotation process and assist in quotation generation through an accurate assessment of the works required on site. Passing of clear and concise information to contracts manager to enable quotations to be created. Compliance against SLA’s, specifically: - accurate on time quotations (Within 72 hours). Accurate cost assumptions to ensure profitability. >90 first time quotation -Reducing site visits by Contracts Manager. Document works before and after by taking photograph and including narrative of work completed including materials used. Follow the process to ensure images and information reach necessary stakeholders internally. Project stakeholder will have an accurate picture of issue before and after repair works were conducted. - Customer satisfaction of work completed including make safe if unrepairable. - Van stock material accuracy. - Accurately complete the job sign off process and document time taking, and materials used. Daily management of tools, materials and equipment to ensure execution of each job is conducted safely and efficiently. High first-time fix rate. Customer satisfaction. Maximise tool/equipment lifespan Adhear to all company policies and procedures. Ensure you are fully compliant at all times. Proactive professional customer contact with clear communication to ensure customer requirements are understood and achieved.
