**Job Summary**:
As a Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and managing various projects within our GP practices. Your responsibilities will include coordinating project activities, liaising with stakeholders, and ensuring the successful delivery of initiatives aimed at enhancing patient care and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate and monitor project timelines, ensuring all milestones are met.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to gather project requirements.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, administrative staff, and external stakeholders to ensure project objectives align with the practice's mission and goals.
- Coordinate with practice teams to achieve QOF (Quality and outcomes framework) and PCN ARRS target set by ICB and NHS England
- Maintain clear and concise project documentation.
- Coordinate and support the implementation of projects aimed at improving patient care and operational processes within the GP practice.
- Organize and lead project meetings, providing updates and addressing challenges.
- Manage communication channels to keep stakeholders informed of project progress.
- Evaluate project outcomes and implement improvements for future initiatives.
- Assist in resource allocation for projects.

**Requirements**:

- Experience as a Project Coordinator in a healthcare or GP practice setting is desirable
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams, including healthcare professionals and administrative staff.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Understanding of confidentiality and privacy considerations in healthcare.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree level qualification preferably in Business Administration, Project Management, or in a related field.
- Knowledge of the healthcare system and operations.
- Project management certification is advantageous.

Pay: £38,700.00 per year
