Operations Support Coordinator
to provide high-level administrative and coordination support across our service operations team.

You'll be responsible for maintaining accurate records, managing key process handovers, and supporting the delivery of high-quality services to our clients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organisation, communication, and seeing projects through from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate information flow between departments to ensure smooth operational delivery.
  • Maintain and update internal databases, schedules, and documentation with precision.
  • Assist with preparing quotations, proposals, and service schedules for client accounts.
  • Monitor timelines, follow up on outstanding actions, and keep stakeholders informed.
  • Raise purchase orders and track supplier or subcontractor activity when required.
  • Support reporting functions with accurate data collection and regular performance summaries.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and strengthen service efficiency.

Skills & Experience

  • Strong background in administration, coordination, or project support.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and handling data accurately.
  • Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proactive, dependable, and able to prioritise multiple deadlines.
  • Experience within a service, facilities, or operations environment would be advantageous.
