Located in the heart of our Bridle Works accommodation, you will have the opportunity to engage with residents and prospective tenants on a daily basis, ensuring their needs are met and that they have an unforgettable experience.

As the Sales & Experience Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in creating an outstanding resident experience, whilst driving prospect traffic, closing leases, and ensuring occupancy goals are met.

**Your Mission**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective residents, ensuring their needs are met and their experience exceeds expectations.
- Responsible for the successful lease-up of your property.
- Be expert in your knowledge of the leasing performance of your property; attending the routine calls/meetings well prepared to discuss performance.
- Ensure daily, weekly and monthly sales reporting is completed in a detailed and timely manner.
- Handle leasing enquiries, coordinate and conduct viewings, ensuring a smooth and efficient process from initial contact to move in.
- Liaising with the sales & marketing team, utilising various online and offline channels to attract and engage prospective residents.
- Plan and execute resident events and activities to build a strong sense of community and enhance resident satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, ensuring Silk Mill remains competitive in the market.
- Regularly provide content for social media platforms to showcase the property and promote resident events and activities.
- Work closely with the property management team to address any resident issues or concerns, providing timely resolutions.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall student experience at Bridle Works.

**Your Track Record & Style**
- Previous sales or marketing experience, preferably within the residential sector, student accommodation, or hospitality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with residents
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Proactive and self-motivated, able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Knowledge of the local market and student accommodation industry trends
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms
- A passion for creating exceptional resident experiences and a commitment to exceeding expectations
- Self-motivated, and ability to adapt and learn
- Charismatic and people person who thrives in a fast-paced environment

**Shift Pattern: Thursday-Monday**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £26,000.00 per year
