**The Team**

Our award-winning pensions administration business puts scheme members at the heart of everything we do. Our services include scheme administration, first-time outsourcing, member communications and scam protection.

We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious professional to fill the role of Digital Associate within our rapidly growing Client Communications Team. The role will involve supporting our Digital / Communications Consultants to roll out digital solutions for our clients.

**The Role**
As a Digital Associate with XPS, you will...
Support our Digtial Consultants and/or Communication Consultants implement client’s digital requirements
- Process web updates to our public facing websites and MyPension portal (for example, branding and content)
- Support our project managers and Digital Consultants transition clients onto the MyPension portal, meeting agreed timescales
- Support the Digital team develop XPS’s digital engagement offering - including development products like the MyPension portal

**Your profile**

**Essential Criteria**
- Experience of working on differing digital platforms with a view to using your experience to make suggestions on how to improve our current digital offering
- Experience of delivering in projects with multiple stakeholders and critical path timelines
- Meticulous approach to their work
- Well organised and positive attitude with the ability to plan, prioritise and effectively manage their work
- Desire to contribute and implement ideas for improving processes and procedures
- Good interpersonal skills and works well with others
- Ability to work well under pressure, across multiple projects, delivering to time and quality standards
- Production of consistent and high-quality results
- Open to learning new skills

**Desirable Criteria**
- Ideally, some digital copywriting experience
- Ideally, some experience with Content Management Systems
- Ideally, some experience of working directly with clients or external customers
