Our client based in East Kent and who have grown exponentially since they were formed in 2010 are looking to recruit a Warehouse Manager. The business is an independent wholesaler within the food and drink industry operating 7 days per week with 1,000'sof products delivered per week delivered the same day.

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for ensuring that customers receive good quality stock in time with great service and ensuring that the warehouse remains a safe and clean working environment. You will also be responsible for the day to day running ofthe warehouse and yard and managing staff and stock levels across a three shift system.

Key Responsibilities and Experience Required:

- To oversee and be responsible for all Health and Safety aspects of the warehouse;
- Experience of managing FMCG warehousing
- To provide leadership for the warehouse team, delegating responsibilities to the team
- Manage stock control including stock rotation, cycle counts, full stock counts and damage reduction;
- Responsible for ensuring that operations are handled within an agreed budget;
- Ensure the smooth process of customer orders in line with the timescales;
- FLT - counterbalance or flexi

This role will involve working days Monday to Friday however as the manager, you will be expected to add support outside of the normal hours where necessary. You can expect a competitive salary in line with market rate. up to 10% bonus, Death in Service,20 days plus bank holidays with an increase on this in line with service.
