- **Diary Management**: Efficiently manage appointment schedules for the clinicians.
- **Patient Liaison**: Interact with patients in person and over the phone, addressing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing necessary information.
- **Payment Handling**: Process payments accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper documentation.
- **Phone Management**: Answer and direct phone calls professionally, maintaining a courteous and helpful demeanour.
- **Patient Journey**: Ensure a seamless experience for patients from arrival to departure, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
- **Administrative Support**: Assist with various administrative tasks as needed to support the smooth operation of the dental practice.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Prior experience in a dental receptionist role is essential.
- **SOE Knowledge**: Proficiency in Software of Excellence (SOE) is essential.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable manner.
- **Organisational Skills**: Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
