Receptionist

**Job Title**: Receptionist
**Location**: Ashridge House, Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire, HP4 1NS
**Reports to**: Front of House Manager
**Shifts**: 5/7 days Monday-Sunday, includes regular weekend shifts, timings can be between 7am and 9:30pm

This is a fantastic opportunity to become an ambassador of Ashridge House, as our Reception Team are the first point of contact that our guests have. **Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests whenever you meet them across the site and check in on their stay personally
- Proactively understand our guests needs/plans whilst they stay with us and advise them appropriately
- Ensure entrance and main halls are always spotless and ready to receive guests
- Check in/out guests
- Assisting guests with luggage, if needed
- Direct guests across our site using clear and concise language
- Accepting deliveries/post and distributing as needed
- Communicate effectively across all departments to ensure the highest level of service is delivered
- Take ownership of any guest concerns or feedback and ensure you deliver a positive resolution
