We are based in a beautiful historic barn in Harwell Village, Oxfordshire. There is plenty of on-site parking and the studio is well connected by bus and rail links from Didcot Parkway. This role is based on site in Harwell.

**About You**

Are you a natural communicator who is well organised? Do you enjoy getting stuck into the detail? Do you enjoy managing multiple activities? If these are the kinds of things that make you tick then we’d love to hear from you. This role would be particularly well suited to someone who is either experienced in running an office or a recent graduate who is looking to gain experience.

The types of things you’ll be doing include:

- **Welcoming Clients** - Front of house responsibilities, signing Clients in, providing refreshments, making sure meeting room is set up in advance of Client meetings
- **Managing the Phone System **- Answering and redirecting calls, taking messages
- **General Office Support** - Making sure the fridge is well stocked, ordering team lunches (where required), preparing refreshments for meetings
- **Ordering Materials **- Sourcing and ordering materials for the office and for projects, tracking deliveries, data entry into project management system
- **Customer Set Up **- Ensuring the workflow is in place for a new customer, including quote acceptance, NDA’s are signed, and setting up project on all internal systems.
- **Client Enquiries **- Supporting new client enquiries, responding and following up on actions, sending NDA’s.
- **Report Compilation** - Compiling a range of project reports on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
- **Quote Preparation** - Supporting Project Manager in pulling together quotes for new work

**You will need to demonstrate**
- Excellent communication skills
- A keen eye for detail
- Strong organisation skills
- Strong team player who can work both collaboratively and autonomously when required
