General Office Assistant

Hyde & Lewis are a small accountancy practice, recently relocated to Sandy. The practice was formed in 1987 and has a long standing loyal client base. We are looking for a junior office assistant who's duties will cover both administration and accountancy aspects of our work.
The main responsibilities are:
- Provide general administrative support to the office
- Answer phone calls and greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Schedule appointments
- Assist with data entry and summarising client records
- Interrogate client records to assist in resolving queries
- Support other team members with various administrative or accountancy tasks as needed
The successful applicant will have:
- A polite telephone manner
- Confidence in greeting clients
- Strong organisation skills and an attention to detail
- Be adaptable to the day to day needs of the practice
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
- Have confidence in using computers particularly the Microsoft Office Suite
No experience is necessary as full training of this junior role will be given. Opportunities for further qualifications exist.

**Salary**: £11,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
