We are well known Healthcare group with reliable, dedicated, and professional staff within our services already We care for adults aged 19 - 60 who have learning difficulties and Mental Health issues.

Rehability UK specializes in supporting adults with complex needs (including, but not limited to, Autistic Spectrum Condition, Learning Disability, and Mental Health) to live their best possible life. We never stop striving to provide friendly, professional, and inspirational services that we’d want to experience ourselves Our Leicester based services are split across several neighbouring locations. We are currently hiring part time support workers to cover 2-3 nights per week. People we support in the region have challenging behaviours and suffer from mental health. Our aim is to support our clients to continue developing their key skill, being independent and active in making decisions while living in our homes.

**ABOUT YOU AND YOUR ROLE**

**We are looking for someone with exceptional communication skills who has previous experience working in Mental health setting**

This role include support with day-to-day tasks in the home and in the community - it may be supporting our residents going out in the morning and taking them to an activity in the afternoon. Assisting them to get ready in the morning, helping with shopping, cooking, or cleaning. Personal care will also be required.

This is a great opportunity to build strong and positive relationships with brilliant adults, professionals, their families and help each of them to find further independence and confidence throughout adulthood life. You will find yourself getting stuck into fun, long walks, outdoor educational trips, and an interactive and practical hands-on activity.
