We are currently seeking a dedicated and proactive Construction Administrator to join our site in Leeds.

Clear Line are a specialist façade installation and remediation Principal Contractor with over 25 years experience in the industry. We are specialising in the design, supply, installation, refurbishment, and maintenance of curtain walling & cladding.

**Job Title**: Construction Administrator

**Job Type**: Full-time, fixed-term contract for 12 months. Office hours.

**Location**: Leeds, LS9 8BS

**Salary**: £12ph-£13ph

**Start Date**:4th of November 2024

As a Construction Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of the construction site. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- General Site Administration
- Liaising with Site Manager & Head Office
- Record keeping
- Processing Timesheets
- Preparing Reports
- Processing Quality Information
- Ordering Materials
- Scheduling Deliveries

- Able to work well with others
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Polite telephone manner
- Pro-active, self-motivated and knows when to seek guidance.
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to work alone and as part of a team to achieve common objectives.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Work Location: In person
