Reporting to the Head of Primary School, the Receptionist/PA will act as first point of contact for visitors to the Primary School and will be responsible for providing support to all aspects of the School administrative function. This will include the handling of highly sensitive and confidential information along with daily liaison with staff, parents/carers, pupils and other external bodies to ensure the smooth running of a busy school. The role requires exceptional administrative, communication and IT skills. The ability to work to tight deadlines in a flexible and efficient manner is also an important part of this role. You will need to be courteous, friendly and approachable while understanding the need to maintain discretion and act calmly at all times. You will be expected to provide basic first aid support within school (training will be provided).
