The Operations Coordinator, reporting to the Head of Operations, will play a vital key role in planning and ensuring the delivery of a world-class academic summer school experience for students across a number of locations in the UK.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- The coordination of the overall planning of the multiple summer programmes hitting
- key deadlines through the year
- Coordinating with other Operations team members to ensure a consistent level of
- customer experience is delivered across all locations and programmes
- Coordinating the Health and Safety commitments
- Managing the relationship with our contractors, for example, bus companies, caterers
- and marquee companies
- Managing the relationship with our University, College and School venues
- Management of multiple budgets relating to the delivery of the summer school
- Training campus staff to implement the summer programmes
- Working hours will be 40 hours per week
- Some evening and weekend work will be required
- Based at our head office in St Catherine’s College, Oxford, hybrid working options can
- be discussed
- 32 days of holiday per year (inclusive of public and bank holidays)

**Essential Qualifications / Experience**:

- Proven experience in project or event management
- IT Proficient

**Desirable Experience**:

- Experience working within the Education industry or an international organisation
- Experience leading and managing a team
- Budget management

**Salary**: From £30,000.00 per year
