We’re looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking individual with hospitality experience to assist with our busy Events and Conferencing business on a zero-hour basis.

We are also looking for someone with a catering background.

The post-holder will have strong customer service and hospitality experience, punctual and be able to work flexible hours across the week and weekends.

Hours will vary from week to week.

We are looking for someone reliable and self-motivated to:

- prepare venue hire spaces ready for events including setting up tables, chairs, equipment and refreshments
- start of day walk arounds and checks (i.e. cleanliness of events space, equipment availability; crockery and cutlery provision etc.) and that WIFI, signage and building features are in working order
- oversee and deliver the changeover of events spaces
- deliver front of house support for a wide range of events
- replenish stock for meeting rooms and bar
- assist the AV Technician with basic AV tasks i.e. setting up projectors and laptops

Millennium Point is home to a number of versatile event spaces serving 2 - 350 delegates with a range of events from meetings to dinners, conferences and AGMs.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Zero hours contract
Contract length: 12-24 months
Part-time hours: 0-37.5 per week

**Salary**: £10.42 per hour
