Head of Data Engineering and Platforms - Remote - £120K
One of the largest and most experienced Law firms in the UK, who have a fantastic reputation for personalised service and industry expertise are embarking on a truly exciting Data driven transformation. They are looking to add an accomplished Head of Data Engineeringand Platforms to be a key driving force on their ambitious data plans.
The business are building a stand alone Data function, that is in its infancy at the moment but will be a key part of the 3 year data plan, aiming to be a team of 50/60 long term.
There is a real variety of work in the pipeline including implementing a new CRM, a new company wide HR system and a new cloud based data platform. On top of that you will be managing, maintaining and building 3rd party relationships whilst building and leadingyour team of Data Engineers.
The role is fully remote (There is offices in Manchester / Sheffield / Birmingham that you can go into if you would like) and the salary is up to £120K.
This really is a fantastic opportunity to be the lead on a large scale data transformation - the key experience the team are looking for is below:

- Experience of building and leading large data engineering team (currently 4 but growing to 12)
- Have experience of implementing data platforms
- Have experience of Azure
- Be able to work collaboratively with a data partner (they are using partner for flexible staff whilst they build teams)
- Have experience of Data Migration across multiple business areas.The team will be working on enterprise data maigration projects across CRM, People and Analystics.
