Junior Event Planner

We are looking for a Junior Event Planner to join our busy team.
We are looking for someone with an eye for detail, great communication skills and bundles of enthusiasm for events, weddings and good food.
Duties will include:
- Processing new clients and putting them onto the system
- Hosting meetings to take clients through their planning journey
- Chasing forms and vital information for events
- Liasing with the kitchen team on menu requirements
- Planning and hosting tasting events
- Producing event briefings and handing over clients to the operational team
- Attending client events at our partnered venues
- Assisting onsite at events
- Nurturing relationships with our venue partners
- Assisting will general office admin and upkeep
**Requirements**:
- Ideally you will have experience of working in a similar role and have an understanding of how weddings are run
- Excellent written and spoken English
- An eye for detail and a team player.
- Solid understanding of Office 365, Hubspot experience is a bonus
- Use of own transport (due to rural location of office)
- Ability to stay calm under pressure, this is an incredibly busy role where you will be expected to juggle multiple tasks and look after up to 200 clients.
