Due to our continued growth and success, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a specialist rural property, farms & land agent, to be primarily based out of our Tiverton office, although with additional use of our Exeter office. This is a full time, permanent position.

This unique role will incorporate both day-to-day rural agency work principally through Mid and West Devon, and with additional input into the strategic growth and enhancement of our existing specialist Farm & Land Agency team.

**Primary tasks & objectives**:

- Raising own personal and wider team profile within own Devon patch (covering Mid and West Devon)
- Pitching for and winning instructions on Rural Property, Farms & Land across own patch
- Working alongside colleagues in other Devon offices to help pitch for, secure and service agency instructions
- Preparing sales particulars, launching and marketing properties
- Adeptly using our agency CRM system
- Undertaking viewings as necessary, and negotiating with buyers and sellers
- Providing excellent client care and managing own case load
- Helping to develop and drive the marketing strategy and profile of the department, with the support of our dedicated Marketing Department
- Providing market commentary and statistics for internal and external purposes when required
- Extensive Rural Property, Farm & Land Agency Experience
- Self-motivation, drive and enthusiasm
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ideally be MRICS and/or FAAV, although not essential
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strategic thought and initiative
- Ability to seek and win business and develop contacts
- Clean driving licence and own car
