Are you a reliable and organized individual with experience in warehouse operations? Do you have a passion for administrative tasks and supply chain management? If so, we want you to join our team as a Warehouse Admin at our new office in Tiverton.

As a Warehouse Admin, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse, including inventory management, order processing, and receiving. You will work closely with our warehouse staff to ensure timely order fulfilment and collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of inventory to our Build and Engineering teams.

But we could fix the problem Our ambition was to build the largest non-urban broadband network for hard-to-reach communities across the UK. **Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate inventory records, including tracking and reconciling incoming and outgoing deliveries.
- Process orders and coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely order fulfilment.
- Ensure compliance with safety and security policies and procedures.
- Provide administrative support to the warehouse team, including scheduling, record-keeping, and maintaining records.
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate purchasing and supply chain activities.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of inventory to internal teams.

**Experience & Skills Required**:

- Previous experience in a warehouse or inventory management
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

**Desirable**:

- Familiarity with Sage
- Telehandler or Forklift experience
