BAM FM are recruiting a Helpdesk Operator/ Scheduler to join the team and based out of our offices in Salford. Working Hours are 37.5 per week. Monday - Friday. **Making Possible**: - Updating our CAFM & client operating system, ensuring all specific work orders are actioned. - Attaching all relevant documentation to specific work tasks. - Pro-actively managing client maintenance services in advance with our nominated contractors. - Arranging contractor service visits, co-ordinating with our clients. - Producing client site log books and all other associated activity. - Supporting other members on the help desk team as and when required. **Your team**: Working out of our office in Salford you will be working with a friendly team of Helpdesk Operators. **What’s in it for you?**: In addition to an attractive salary we offer a significant benefits package including contributory pension, BUPA, life assurance, 26 days holiday (plus bank holidays), gym subsidy, BAM social club membership and many more exciting benefits.
