**Glens of Antrim Potatoes Ltd** are a leading supplier of fresh potatoes and manufacturer of potato crisps in Ireland.
Supplying large retail supermarket multiples throughout Ireland and the UK from our sites in Cushendall and Ballymena, we are looking to add to our team an Assistant Accounts Administrator, the position will be based at our Cushendall site.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, committed and highly capable person to join our fast-paced team.
This is a full-time office-based role, 9.00am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday (some flexibility available)
Salary dependant on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Sales and Purchase Orders
- Provide support with Sales and Purchase Ledger tasks
- Process Invoices efficiently and accurately
- Follow up on overdue payments
- Record financial transactions in Accounting Systems
- Manage Financial documents and respond to queries
- Completion of Production records
- Stock Control
- Reconciling Credit Card statements
- Excellent Telephone manner & Customer service
- Assist with Payroll Functions
- Ability to prioritise and handle workloads effectively
- Attention to detail
- Other tasks as required
Experience
- Well organised and ability to meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills
- Competent in Microsoft office
- Use of accounting packages
- Ideally having 1-2 years experience
