Customer Services Administrator

Working on various product campaigns across print, digital media and events, the Customer Services Administrator will be part of team who oversee the management of customers from the point of the sale through the fulfilment of order. This will involve overseeingthe workflows, ensuring orders are produced and delivered to schedule and to necessary quality to ensure order can be invoiced.
**Objectives**
- Project/workflow management - manage and co-ordinate the production of artwork for print and digital media projects ensuring all customer orders are fulfilled to required standard and on schedule
- Customer relationship - be the point of the contact for the customer ensuring materials/information is collated, managed and distributed on schedule
- CRM - updating and managing customer records on CRM and reporting on status of activities
- Liaison - work with internal teams to support delivery of the order. This will involve working with the Sales, Creative and Finance teams
- Reporting on campaign activities and performance
**Responsibilities**
- Ensure all orders are processed correctly
- Communicate schedules and specification requirements to customers based on orders
- Liaise and contact customers to ensure information is provided on time
- Prepare and upload information for various print, digital and exhibition marketing campaigns and events
- Produce and prepare customer performance reports on marketing campaigns
- Ensure all orders booked for specific campaigns have been delivered and available for invoicing
- Update CRM records and producing reports on status
**Skills**
- Customer relationship - experience in working with customers
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and strong knowledge of CRMs, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
- Knowledge or experience in marketing would be advantageous
- Solid interpersonal skills
**Extras**
Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and attribution
