- Support ongoing enablement efforts (e.g. product launches, playbook rollouts, quarterly skill refreshers)
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure training content is aligned with current business goals and market trends.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, participant progress, and program evaluations.
- Provide ongoing support and coaching to team members to reinforce training concepts and address any challenges they may face.
- Manage and continuously improve role-specific learning paths using our Learning Management System (LMS)

- Fluency in the English language with a strong comprehension of construction-related terminology and concepts.
- Experience supporting Sales and/or Customer Success teams in a SaaS environment
- Strong communication and facilitation skills; you're confident presenting to small and large groups
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and RevOps teams to align on goals and drive execution
- Experience designing and delivering both onboarding and ongoing training programs, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment
