We have a preferred visit time of one hour and we match and personally introduce our Care Assistants to their clients. Continuity is important, so you and your clients get to know each other We always allow sufficient time to include travel to ensure both our clients and Support workers are valued and respected.

**Duties will include**:

- Motivating Clients to get the most out of their day
- Personal care
- Administering medication
- Assisting Clients with washing and dressing
- Shopping
- Housekeeping
- Meal preparation
- Taking Clients for appointments or outings

**Requirements of a Care Assistant**:

- Must hold a full and valid UK or EU/EEA driving licence and have access to own vehicle
- Be able to offer availability either early **mornings (from 7am), afternoon (from 2pm) or evening (from 5pm) and every other weekend**:

- Commit to attending a 3-day training course
- **Live locally to Bishop's Stortford and surrounding areas**:

- Have or be willing to obtain business vehicle insurance
