**Senior Care Assistant - r**equired for our new luxury care home ‘The Moat House' located in Great Easton near Great Dunmow, Essex, Part of the Country Court Family.**

**Hours: 44 Hours per week, working weekends on rota (Shift Times 07:45 - 20:00)**

Moat House Care Home is in Great Easton near Great Dunmow. The sixty-bed home and has been completely refurbished and includes six well-appointed suites, promoting a lifestyle for residents that will offer a luxurious environment with exceptional personalised care. Together with round-the-clock hospitality and a daily fine-dining menu, our home will be a wonderful addition to the local community.

**ABOUT THE SENIOR CARE ASSISTANT ROLE**

Within your role as a Senior Care Assistant, you can really make a difference to our residents’ lives. Your responsibilities will include:

- Helping our residents with personal support and care.
- Aiding their emotional well-being and social needs
- Administration and monitoring of medications to residents.
- Supporting residents at meals time
- Interacting with our residents on a personal level
- Maintaining care plans.
- Supporting residents at meals time

**ABOUT YOU**
We want someone proactive, passionate, and ambitious to support us to create the best person-centred environment for our residents. You’ll be genuinely valued and empowered as an integral part of our team.
- Experience as a Senior Care Assistant & leading a team.
- Have a friendly & caring attitude.
- Able to engage well with the residents and their families.
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social care or willing to work towards this.
- Great communication skills, both written & verbal.
