Ø Issuing and distributing paychecks, managing direct deposits, benefits withholding, payroll deductions, garnishments and levies, flexible spending accounts, federal and state payroll tax deposits and returns, new hire reports, payroll summaries, wage and hour law compliance, and paid leave, vacation and sick time reporting. Ø Follow employees working hours and codes and post the time into HR Software (EGHR). Ø Assisting with employee recruitment, attending job and career fairs. Ø Post vacancies, Collecting and reviewing resumes, conducts a review of resumes to determinate if an applicant has skills to fulfil a desired position. Can conduct pre-interviews of potential employees based on information contained in their resume. Ø Input and extract data from EGHR to track personnel information and provide statistical information regarding personnel. Ø Prepare and review tests, evaluation sheets and etc., in order to improve the quality of staffing. Ø Keep reporting on employment, redeployment and termination; report on the number of company manpower and render an assistance to provide required data for corporative reporting upon request of superiors bodies of the department. Ø Conduct the work related to promotion and salary increase and render an assistance in providing the list to management for approval. Ø Conduct an interview in the course of termination and inform about results of top management. Ø Conduct the work related to employment, redeployment, termination and to any changes in the status of all employees of the company including examination and approval of all employment orders and contracts. Ø Help organize and manage new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programs. Ø Answer employees’ questions and provide requested information. Ø Assist for accommodation arrangements for employees, contact with HOST accommodation service and estate agents. Ø Manage and update HR Software (EGHR) with different information such as new hires, terminations, sick leaves, warnings, vacation and days off. Ø Prepare, manage and store paperwork for HR policies and procedures. Ø Participant grievance resolution steps. Update and keep grievance log for employees and public grievances. Ø Handling Authorizing officer position, main contact with UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) report activities of the migrants workers to Home Office, keep records and all day-to-day management of ENK UK license using the SMS. Ø Replace HR Manager as needed. Ø Line Management of small team Ø Shall ensure that a "zero harm" approach is taken in relation to all his acts and omissions in relation to the services and the project. Acknowledges that due to the nature of the project, nuclear safety and security are of paramount importance. Ø Agrees to comply with any rule, instruction or requirement of the Company in relation to the services which the company determines, in his sole and absolute discretion, is necessary in order for the company to comply with his obligations under the nuclear site license. Ø Housekeeping of the work areas; collection, segregation and disposal of wastes as required; removal of unused materials and clear the work floors to eliminate/reduce slipping or tripping risks in your work area. Ø Safe use, protection, storage and care of general maintenance products, hand and power tools You must: Ø Take care of your own health and safety and that of people who may be affected by what you do (or do not do); Ø Co-operate with others on health and safety, and not interfere with, or misuse, anything provided for your health, safety or welfare; Ø Follow the training you have received when using any work items your employer has given you. **Salary**: £45,000.00-£55,000.00 per year Schedule: - Monday to Friday **Experience**: - Human resources management: 5 years (required) License/Certification: - CIPD Level 5 in HR Management (required) Ability to Commute: - Somerset, NJ (required) Work Location: In person
