Join us as a Portfolio Distribution & Analytics Associate
- We’ll look to you to lead on monitoring resource consumption against budgeted levels for Capital, Leverage, TPA and funding
- Day-to-day, you’ll drive management actions to hedge capacity constraints, working closely with our Capital Management Unit (CMU)

**What you’ll do**:
As our Portfolio Distribution & Analytics Associate, you’ll manage ongoing asset pipeline, working closely with private financing teams across Sales, Structuring and Risk Management.

Alongside this, you’ll maintain data integrity and work with relevant teams to resolve issues such as client hierarchy, revenues, RWAs, and LAB charges.

Your top priorities will include:

- Working closely with the Private Financing management team to triage potential opportunities against available resources
- Building out our operating model to ensure the portfolio review process providing a clear feedback loop into client planning
- Working with Technology and other key stakeholders to further develop and automate the reporting infrastructure in order to improve the control environment

**The skills you’ll need**:
To be successful in this role, you’ll have the ability to collaborate effectively across the business at all levels with knowledge of lending products, market technicalities and regulation.

Furthermore, you’ll need:

- Customer communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail
