**The City**:Glasgow is home to around 185,000 students from over 140 different countries, and is a vibrant city steeped in history, providing the perfect home for locals and new arrivals alike. The city has some of the best shopping, dining, and days out in Scotland and there is always something to do while in Glasgow.

**The Site**:St Mungo is having a team of 12 people consisting of management, housekeeping, maintenance, and customer service advisors, who cover weekday and weekend and day and night shifts. St Mungos is the perfect location for students studying at both the University of Strathclyde and Glasgow Caledonian University, which are within walking distance of the property. For students at the University of Glasgow, public transport is available from Buchanan Bus Station, which is a 7-minute walk from the property. The vibrant city centre is also within walking distance.

St. Mungos is a property which boasts many social spaces and facilities, including a gym with the latest high-tech equipment, air-conditioning and surround sound, a cinema room with access to Netflix, Apple TV and Amazon Prime, outdoor garden and courtyard, and a hosting kitchen which is available for small gatherings or cooking classes. These facilities are available to use 24 hours a day. Located away from the social spaces in a separate area of the building is the study space, which provides a tranquil and calming area for residents to hit the books and study.

The property has 349 beds, comprising of 173 self-contained studio flats and 176 bedrooms housed within twenty-nine flats. Our cluster flats range from four beds to seven beds and have a spacious shared kitchen and living space. Our self-contained studios are ideal for students who like their own space.

Our residents expect a round-the-clock service to fit with their busy study and social lives, so we need people who strive to deliver the same excellent level of customer service at 1am that we provide at 1pm.

As a Night Owl, you will be the first point of contact for residents between the hours of 8pm and 8am. From running onsite events and facilitating late night room viewings to collecting rent and liaising with overseas agents, being busy is what you do best. Youre an important part of our residents stay, supporting students who might need to report a maintenance issue, collect a parcel, ask for directions or simply need to chat. Every interaction matters, which is exactly why you matter.

- Be an expert in our properties in the city, able to clearly articulate what we offer to prospective residents.
- Take pride in ensuring your property is fully booked and that any debt is managed swiftly.
- Support the Assistant Managers responsibilities in ordering stock for your property.
- Collect payments on behalf of residents, ensuring high levels of attention to detail and working in line with our policies and processes.
- Every student is different and so are the teams that work in our properties. Dont leave your personality at the door and please bring your whole self to work its this you we want to see every day.
- Conduct first class room inspections to make sure that our residents are taking care of their rooms through the year, and make sure that any issues are highlighted sensitively.
