Based in Houghton-le-spring we are based in the middle of three great city's Newcastle, Durham, and Sunderland.

**Role Overview**

As an Outbound Sales Advisor you will work alongside our Pricing specialists, using your expertise to understand the customers challenges then provide expert guidance. Making sure that our innovation remains at the forefront of the client’s mind. Delivering a reliable long-term solution that is straight forward and transparent.

Your primary responsibility will be to build up a trusting relationship with your customer, use effective questioning to find pain points and deliver exceptional advice around products and services that will work towards reducing costs.

**About you**

**What we need**
- Experience and confidence in telephone call handling.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-focused environment.
- High attention to detail.
- Good organizational skills.
- Flexible and adaptable approach to work, maintaining calm under pressure.
- Ability to work both as part of a team and individually with accountability.
- Willingness to learn new tasks and take on responsibilities.
