About the Role
We have multiple exciting opportunities for enthusiastic Sales Advisors to join our busy call centre based in Houghton-le-Spring.

This is a target-driven role where your efforts directly impact your earnings - ideal for individuals who are motivated, resilient, and eager to succeed
Key Responsibilities:
- Making Outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Selling appliance warranty packages and services
- Meeting and exceeding individual and team sales targets
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
- Following all company policies, processes, and compliance regulations
- Start and finish times: 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday (full time) part time hours tbc
- This is not a remote working role - you will be based at our Houghton-le-Spring office.
- Hours of work are subject to change, and you must be flexible.
What We're Looking For:
- The candidate must have previous proven experience in a Contact Centre Sales role
- A positive, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
- Willingness to learn, take feedback, and develop quickly
- Reliable, trustworthy, and professional approach at all times
- Self-motivated and driven by targets and bonuses
- Resilient - able to stay motivated even on the toughest days
- Basic computer skills, including competency in Excel
- Ability to follow sales processes and achieve KPIs
- Ability to travel to our Houghton-le-Spring office (this is not a remote role)
