**WHO ARE WE?**

**WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?**

As out highly sought Head of Social you will responsible for everything paid social, from nurturing and training staff to being hands-on in paid adverts operating on a variety of social platforms. You will have proven track record of running highly sophisticatedcampaigns, working with multiple client accounts in varying industries who allow for differing budgets. If you don't want to line manage, then this one isn't for you

**YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE**
- 4+ years' experience in paid social - Twitter,Facebook and Instagram ads are NECESSARY
- Experience managing a team of 3+
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Have a growth mindset for your team - nurturing and training will be a HUGE part of this role

**IT'S NICE TO HAVE**
- Agency experience
- Experience in a start up
- Tiktok, Reddit and Pinterest ads experience
