**Head of Paid Social - London (Hybrid) - GBP 60,000-70,00 DOE**

Are you a seasoned paid social expert with a proven track record of driving results? A fast-growing digital agency is seeking a Head of Paid Social to join its team in London and lead its paid social campaigns to new heights.

As the Head of Paid Social, you will be responsible for developing and executing paid social strategy, with a focus on driving brand awareness and revenue growth. You will lead a team of paid social specialists, and work closely with other departments suchas creative, analytics and business development to ensure campaigns are aligned with overall business objectives.

**This role requires you to work from the London-based office 3 times a week therefore, you will need to live and have the full right to work in the UK.**

**As Head of Paid Social, you will need**:

- Significant and direct experience with social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube, TikTok and LinkedIn
- A complete understanding of social media, new trends and how they can be leveraged collectively to drive impact, loyalty and engagement
- Proven track record of executing social media strategies at a global level and leveraging data-driven research/analysis
- Excellent copywriting skills with proficiency in proof-reading
- Keen attention to detail and a strong eye for visual content
- Ability to foster collaboration and high-quality output from team members.
- You will have worked with clients to plan, build and run digital marketing campaigns across paid search, social media and content marketing channels.
