**Overview**
Pertemps Recruitment, on behalf of Buckinghamshire Council, has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join the Waste and Recycling team in their Aylesbury office. Working alongside the team, you will play an important role in answering theresidents of Buckinghamshire's queries due to changes in their waste collection services.
**About the role**
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for:

- Taking inbound calls
- Answering queries from the public
- Providing excellent customer service
- Other duties as requested by the team manager
This is a temporary position for 4 months, though there is potential for this to be extended further. The pay rate is £11.34 per hour, and you will be working full time, 37 hours per week. Buckinghamshire Council are currently working on a hybrid basis whereyou will work remotely for 3-4 days per week and in the office 1-2 days per week.
The Aylesbury office is conveniently situated in the town centre (HP20 area) with great transport links including a local train station and excellent road connections to the M25, M1, M4 and M40.
