Ensuring the effective support of pupil welfare and the inclusion of all pupils in all aspects of school life in line with school and Trust policies, promoting the ethos and the values of the school and Bourne Education Trust. Our aim is to challenge, inspire and prepare so that pupils can accomplish their goals and be ready for secondary school and beyond. **Details** **Position**:Learning Support Assistant **Contract**: Part time, fixed term contract (until 31 August 2026) **Hours**: 33 hours per week (Mon-Fri 8:30am - 3:30pm, with a requirement to attend training until 4.45pm on Wednesdays and team briefing on Tuesdays from 8.20am.
